Exchange and Return Policy

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and shows no signs of wear, stains, makeup marks, odors, or laundering.
• All original tags, labels, and original packaging (dust bag, polybag, etc.) are intact.
• No more than 14 calendar days have passed since you received your order.

Please note: If more than 14 days have passed from the date of receipt to the date of shipment back to us, or if the item shows signs of use, we will be forced to send the order back to you at the recipient's expense, without cash compensation or the possibility of an exchange.

Exchange Details

Exchanges are processed for the same model in a different size or color (subject to availability).

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original account used for payment:

For online payments (WayForPay): Refunds are processed automatically.

For terminal, cash, or bank transfer payments: If necessary, we may contact you to clarify your card's IBAN for the transfer.

The processing time for exchanges or returns is 2 to 4 business days.

Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable Items

Swimwear - in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, belongs to the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned.

Lace and underwear from the Apofeoz line - only size exchange is possible (subject to availability).
